Great job initially getting B2B experience! As soon as the company went from public to private, metrics started to change and even though I had worked with my team to outperform our sales quota, I was put on a PIP because the team was not selling enough Premium membership programs. After giving them six loyal years, I would have been fired for simply missing the membership mark even though we had gone from 45% when I was promoted to 112% by the time I put in my two weeks. This was after I had to performance manager 6 reps off the team, rebuilding with 6 new reps that I trained and coached.

My overall experience is decent. Mid-Market is a bit saturated given the amount of competition in the market, but the Enterprise space seems to be doing the best out of all other segments with YoY growth and new logos being added every month.
