Leadership is poor. This organization is known for hiring on and laying off frequently without notice. They close entire departments nationwide at the flip of a switch. Multiple departments with thousands of employees canned with an hours notice and all services shut down. Please be very careful before deciding to join the Staples Business Advantage organization. You are just a number to them.
