My experience was shocking. Witnessing the lack of support for the sales team, inadequate/woeful training, and laser focus on activity for activity’s sake (smile and dial, regardless of the quality of calls) it was no surprise that there seemed to be 15-30% turnover monthly. Senior sales leadership was some of the worst I’ve seen, and this is clearly a quick money grab for the principals.

This company is in a violent nosedive. Leadership has no idea what they are doing. I've only been here a short time, but my observation is they will find any possible way to excuse not paying what you are owed.
