Solid experience, few are hitting quota and leadership is constantly in transition. Some of the bag is jump ball and not structured well to serve the overall clientele best. Net new wins are very inconsistent with saturated market and territories that are assembled with low amount of actual data.

Incredibly smart and driven colleagues. Frontline leadership is top notch. Lots of potential to learn and grow - ideal for someone who is self-motivated and hungry to learn. Internal systems are atrocious.
