Lots of perks and vacations for rockstars, but tough on low performers. Low commissions compared to the industry, but base salary and leads are given to reps based on closing percentage.

Overall, they are amazing at getting you to want to make money and get out and source leads, yet they over promise, and under deliver. Missed genuine training and structure, causing the highest turnover rates I've ever seen. I would not recommend working for SunRun.
