Great company with solid benefits and amazing upside with the solar industry. Base pay is very low and lead quality has gotten worse over the years but the opportunity to make a lot is there, especially with your own referral/lead gen business. Been there for nearly 5 years.

Expect to work 10-12 hours 6 days a week. If you don't, management wont train you or help you improve. There is no direction and management does not have time to worry about the new guys.
