Market is constricting, people are getting laid off, and leadership is panicking while also trying to pretend like everything is ok. Lots of extra stuff has been cut, and we’re being micro managed way more. Commissions have stayed the same… so far.

Typical D2C company. Nothing that can't be found elsewhere - however, incentive pay structure can be very lucrative. Management from office to office is hit or miss.
