Horrible company, awful leadership, with EXTREMELY high turnover and mass layoffs 2-3 times per year. They keep wanting to bring in younger, hungrier lower paid reps and the product/platform isn't great. Customers began to question why a sample with (allegedly) millions of respondents would have the same 20 people doing video responses. They restructure pay to siphon money from their sales team regularly. Would not recommend.

It has been a challenging year, we have a smaller team compared to last year but our team numbers are still up (though we now have a team where everyone is ramped. I feel like our brand perception has slipped a little bit and the industry is changing quickly with AI
