Current Employee New to the company, but really excited about being able to build my own book of business here and find the financial independence I'm looking for. Looking forward to growing an agency, being able to bring on new agents and help protect families in their time of need. Being new to the industry, the training piece is really lacking. My upline is pretty disorganized so finding necessary tools and processes makes the job difficult. You're pretty much flying solo if you're working part-time like I am. I imagine you'll have better and faster success if you can swing this full commission role full time.
