Good lead flow but it was commission only and also had to purchase leads. Overall the training was good and it gave you a good idea of what to say and how to say to prospects

My overall experience at SFG was not bad but also not that great. Sometimes you get lucky and have up lines that actually care and want you to succeed. Mine were close to that level but not consistently. The leads they suggest you buy were average and they encourage high activity. Most of us were closing at around 10-20% for them. SFG is a great company, but a lot of people complain because it is 100% commission. It is a grind, but I know plenty of people who take home 20-40k/month. It is truly running a business in a box and not everybody is cut out for entrepreneurship.
