The training and support for me personally was good. However between the cost of leads and chargebacks the business was barely profitable.

Similar agency structure: get recruited, invest into leads, get business and has a portion of business go to upline. Pros: Fresh leads Cons: terrible commission split, aged leads are recycled throughout multiple agents. Drink the cool-aid vibe.

SFG is a great company, but a lot of people complain because it is 100% commission. It is a grind, but I know plenty of people who take home 20-40k/month. It is truly running a business in a box and not everybody is cut out for entrepreneurship.
