The mission of the organization is great but there is a general lack of transparency and rigor in the organization. No one hit quota last year top rep did 80%

My overall experience has been good at Syndio but one of the most difficult challenges is the lack of consistency in direction and decision making. Constant changes and shifts make it difficult to get into a rhythm to drive success.
