Great company, strong emphasis on training upon hire. Personal experience is of positive leadership from team level to regional. That said base comp could be better and bonus structure can deal year-long setbacks to tenured reps if they lose a large account. That has affected retention and job satisfaction.

My overall experience was positive regarding the sales training and knowledge they provide upon learning the sales job duties. The major negative was the compensation vs competing companies. Someone working the same level of accounts, the same average gross profit percentages would make 60k a year while the competitor would have made 100k+ under the same sales...Read More
