Current Employee3.9May 13, 2025Great company, strong emphasis on training upon hire. Personal experience is of positive leadership from team level to regional. That said base comp could be better and bonus structure can deal year-long setbacks to tenured reps if they lose a large account. That has affected retention and job satisfaction.

What they miss on is if you’re not in a metropolitan area or know someone to “help” it’s very very hard to “level up”.
