Current Employee Base pay is almost embarrassing for the market but they offer what they call “incentive based pay structure and levels” to try to make it look good. What they miss on is if you’re not in a metropolitan area or know someone to “help” it’s very very hard to “level up”. The incentive structure is also very hard to attain anything more than a couple hundred dollars a month, at least regularly. The job isn’t hard but it is a 24/7 open phone/communication with your accounts thing if you want to be successful.
