All figures based on Enterprise BDR role. Typical KPIs are daily activities (calls, emails, talk time), but there is flexibility if you are consistently above meetings set quota or generating huge pipeline. If you're not hitting meetings set quota, you better be hitting you daily activity goals. BDR leadership is fantastic, but the BDR team's base pay is way below market average. ICP: The company excels at government and education but struggles with commercial due to their preference for all-in-one ERP and HCM solutions.

There is no base line or requirement demand of new hires. Information is siloed and not freely passed. The over all products that are sold are amazing but not many have a good grasp of what the products or services can do.
