Overall experience started well. Last 2 years I was there saw close to 50 people leave my office because of the corporate takeover that ensued.

This company use to be great and people wanted to work there. The leadership was great, and about 6ish years ago they got too big and too corporatized and now the culture is gone. They are trying to be something they are not and it’s killing what made them different.

Great company to learn sales. Culture can be quite toxic but is improving over time. Management could definitely be better but I don't think that's unique for TEKsystems. Compensation is good if you do well, better than competitors in the market.
