Lots of turn over, even at Director level. Some leaders are not mature enough to be in the seat that they are in. Some have egos, and the training they have really isnt training. They just point you to someone that they think knows better or how to help you in your situation when in reality they are in the exact same situation you're in.

great for training and good culture, but terrible commission structure. they take 95+% of your money until you are raking in hundreds of thousands for the company due to a sliding commission. loved my team but ultimately most recruiters I knew made around 80-90k which is not very lucrative.
