Current Employee The people have been great and a few years ago the training was top notch. There is uncapped commission and opportunity to do extremely well financially, but it is a very cyclical industry and if you don't have one of the top clients, it is difficult to see real growth. The base salary is fair. Some of the leaders are not the best, but they do try and align you with a sales lead so that you are supported. Pros: the KPI's are all effort based and you should be able to hit your numbers if you are working hard. Job security is also great. Cons: If you do not have a top client, it is difficult to grow and because the main service TEK provides is staffing, if your client does not have budget, there is not much you can do to make money. It is a very competitive market now and many clients seem to be shifting offshore.
