Former Employee This company is going through a lot of internal changes and prioritizes traditional, cisgender, and extroverted individuals. Their training is antiquated and caters to neurotypical people. They do not follow best practices, often preying on people who are losing their jobs or are recently on the job market to gain referrals for their contact information to sell to them. The culture is VERY toxic, with a lot of office gossip and extreme surveillance even outside of work. They want access to your whole life and if you don't conform early on they do their best to push you out or create problems for you. Additionally, they waste your time trying to see if they trust you with better opportunities.
