They hire experienced reps (5 yrs+) so expectations are high and training/development/support is minimal. Turnover is also high due to GP expectations. If you don’t meet targets you don’t work there anymore. Average is 6-18 months (if you make it to two years there’s higher likelihood of longer tenure).

Within the first week of being hired and completing the training, I was informed the team I was intended to be placed on was dissolved. I was placed on a new team with multiple dozens of sales reps.
