This year has been particularly hard for my team/division. The introduction of Data Cloud and Tableau Next has been a bit chaotic. Working in a team format with other product reps has its challenges. Tableau AE’s should be selling Data Cloud in addition to Tab. But still one of the best companies to work for, hands down. Keep innovating.

My overall experience has been positive. Good accounts, exceeding quota and historically strong product market fit and strong leaders and overall team members. However recently company is facing challenges to grow, leadership turnover not great and career growth opps limited.

Great benefits. Facing more competitive market pressures. Salesforce acquisition has meant less clear Tableau Leadership and direction. Tough growth rate expectations YoY.
