Culture and leadership are in a state of current flux as of March 2025. Team culture is great and rewarded by leadership. However leadership depends upon the experience of retail directors both at the store and regional level. At the corporate level leadership is solid.

A great company to work for overall. Everyone is welcome. Great training and development. Goals and expectations can be high, and market trends not always taken into account. Having to do more with less, as payroll continues to get cut.

My overall experience is positive. This company is a good sales and management training base for regional and national positions. There are very good for diversity and inclusion especially for women.
