Overall my experience was good, however, there needs to be a higher focus on company culture. Often times you're just a number to the company. Leadership would do well to lead by example, not by fear. Do as I say, not as I do.

Quota has increased resulting in lower commission rates. Also, bonuses and SPIFF programs have diminished over time.
