Sales led organization with a stronger Salesforce than other companies that I’ve been a part of. Good enablement resources but internal red tape sometimes slowed momentum on opportunities.

Amazing company where hard workers are rewarded. Management are very hands on & truly care about your personal & professional development. The people make this place. The only downside in my mind is that the pay is lower than other organizations especially for entry level roles.

It is an organization that values hard work. If you work hard, you can win big. There are plenty of enablement resources available, and teams built specifically to support sales, but self starters tend to do better than those who need lots of support and hand holding, because it's a fast paced environment that requires fast thinking and creativity.

they look out for their management teams a lot, hardly any much promotion unless you hit ur quotas. claims they value activities and output but still will judge you for results lol
