Post merger with Informa Tech quality of life at this company has dropped drastically. Every successful leader from the last 15 years has left and the company is falling apart. Leadership does not listen to their employees, regularly makes decisions that lacks self awareness, and has expectations far beyond the current scope of our capabilities with no plan to achieve these expectations other than work harder with less resources.
