Current Employee3.0Aug 8, 2025TTI only hires externally for the Field Sales and Marketing Rep(FSMR), and all other hires are internal, so everyone in the company starts out as an FSMR. FSMR's get paid around 55-56k yearly, and there is no commission or incentive structure. The FSMR role is basically a glorified Home Dept associate.
