Current Employee2.3Mar 30, 2024Smart product, but founders over hires and over acquired. Sales is still paying the price, save for a few well positioned (mostly tenured) sellers. Founders still micromanage sales more than they should. Wouldn’t recommend joining. Top performers are leaving.

Doesn’t make too much sense to me. Okay compensation for a high-performing culture. Positives: Workers are great, very positive attitudes. Direct management is very good too. Many amenities in the office
