We've recently made significant leadership changes to lead our Sales organization. Under this new leadership, we're conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure, quota-setting methodology, and post-sale processes to ensure they're fair, motivating, and competitive in the market.
Also, our newly appointed VP of Marketing will be focused on developing a robust marketing strategy to provide consistent, quality leads to our sales team. We understand that sales success depends on strong Marketing support, and we're investing accordingly.
