Former Employee I would advise caution when considering this company. The interview process is designed to be enticing, and compensation figures may be presented in a way that appears more favorable than the reality. In practice, most reps do not hit even 50% of their yearly numbers due to very high quotas with terrible payouts structure.
The company lacks a strong marketing strategy, and frequent shifts in leadership direction create instability. Rather than taking accountability for these challenges, leadership often places blame on lower-level employees.
Despite claims that reps are compensated at market value, this is not the case. You will have to worry about post sale churns every single day and become a babysitter of deals you sold.
There is a recurring pattern of increasing workload and pressure on reps, while compensation fails to align with these demands. Every week you will hear "you are all owners of this company" while they give out 100 shares when you join and can't get anymore.

We've recently made significant leadership changes to lead our Sales organization. Under this new leadership, we're conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure, quota-setting methodology, and post-sale processes to ensure they're fair, motivating, and competitive in the market.
Also, our newly appointed VP of Marketing will be focused on developing a robust marketing strategy to provide consistent, quality leads to our sales team. We understand that sales success depends on strong Marketing support, and we're investing accordingly.
