Micromanaging and inexperienced leaders lack true enterprise sales expertise and understanding of retail automotive operations, which leads to unfulfilled commitments and dismissed concerns.
While the technology has potential, constant pivots, disparate systems, lack of process, and blame-shifting create stress and hinder revenue focus. Work-life balance suffers with excessive fallout management. Overall, promising startup but needs better leadership accountability.
