Leadership gets in their own way not being progressive or growing the products they acquire. Teleflex is great with acquisition but not great with execution with the reps and product integration. Leadership has said that they are fine being in the minor league world.

Company is all over the place. Currently splitting in two, no one knows if they'll have a job in a year. Leadership is looking to save their job, not yours.
