Pros New CRO came in 3 months ago and really improved the culture on pre-sales and post-sales team. Best technology in the market and consistently winning against competition like Thoughtspot. Really big brands as customers and high ACV. Cons Typical startup issues. No sales enablement team so leadership does the enablement.

No one deserves to work for Tellius. Steer clear of this sinking ship. The leadership and culture is the worst I've ever seen. If you want to come to work with happy people, this place is not for you. Leadership here is merely a title not a verb.
