No one deserves to work for Tellius. Steer clear of this sinking ship. The leadership and culture is the worst I've ever seen. If you want to come to work with happy people, this place is not for you. Leadership here is merely a title not a verb.

Overall not very good, if you’re looking to start your sales career here I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere. If you’re an experienced rep I’d also steer clear, you’ll get yourself a killer base but that’s about it.

Good product, but the management is not ready for prime time. Product developed by engineers who have contempt for salespeople. Marketing is basically an engineer writing LONG marketing e-books that almost no one downloads.
