Former Employee1.9May 17, 2024My experience was ok at best, very numbers focussed and self gen heavy, if you cant self source dont bother, its like 95% self sourced, marketing dont provide any leads. toxic environment where youre called out in public on underperformance, HR say the right things around EDI, charity (you never hear the end of it) but essentially do as they are told
