Buying new software companies to increase value of parent company. Too many purchases and not enough plans or thoughts on much else. Huge rate of sales rep churn. Little to no onboarding or training.

Colleagues are great, managers could do more with supporting the development of an individuals career. Big emphasis on the number and not enough on upskilling the teams.

My company was acquired by The Access Group, and the incentives/culture changed (unfortunately) for the worse since then, however the company continues to grow through acquisition of high perfoming HR Tech companies.
