My company was acquired by The Access Group, and the incentives/culture changed (unfortunately) for the worse since then, however the company continues to grow through acquisition of high perfoming HR Tech companies.

Avoid at all costs. Ask proper questions at interview to understand what you could be walking into I.e. what % of team are achieving today. What does the territory look like? Very heavy AM structure - most accounts have been pounded and squeezed for additional revenue year after year with new business teams disappearing overnight.
