Very inexperienced sales management, poor strategy, reactive, short term thinking, pissed off customers, and we just decided to drop a 200 person company into the mix. Check the stock price.

Reps with great territories and accounts are the ones that make President's Club, while the rest spin their wheels in dead accounts. Zero training and even less upward mobility.
