Success here is very dependent on "luck of the draw". Reps with great territories and accounts are the ones that make President's Club, while the rest spin their wheels in dead accounts. Your success largely depends on being assigned the right territory, opportunities are not equally distributed. Much of the management’s time is wasted on internal calls
