Current Employee Success here is very dependent on "luck of the draw". Reps with great territories and accounts are the ones that make President's Club, while the rest spin their wheels in dead accounts. Zero training and even less upward mobility. The Quota's are also not based on territory potential, seemingly chosen at random. Product Management controls the sales organization, consistently stifling our potential and acting as an internal roadblock to closing deals. The sales org is also constantly restructuring with little ability to hold onto an account and grow that relationship before it's passed off to someone else. Browse Other Reviews
