Good place to get some experience at. You start off at 40k base 50k OTE, then IF you get a second account there's a nice bump to 60k base,80k OTE. Getting a second account totally depends on whether there's one available, that is if you make it through with your first account which also happens to have a longer than average contract with TSF. So technically you could get fired before you finsih the 90 day probation which has happened multiple times within the past few quarters. Preferably join when business is good and if you get a second account, use that experience to get into a better company ASAP. They'll fire managers/AEs/anyone to make sure the business stays running. You can be the best performer in the whole company but if someone in leadership doesn't like you for some reason, you'll be fired the next day without any valid reason.

Overall experience was ok. The onboarding process is just 2 weeks of watching YouTube videos and role-playing. There's no strategy when it comes to cold-calling. It's more of a spray and pray.
