Former Employee Base salary is low for ICs but those are the ones has that have the highest financial upside because the business can be annuitized. Sales leaders have a decent bonus opportunity but spend most of their time managing process and metrics. There is a need for winning new logos, however, the business hash a poor in-bound lead abilities and not much maturity defining the customer profile other than defined industry verticals. The managed solution offering is not much more than staffing on an SOW.
