Wouldn't recommend joining this company. They are struggling to keep up in the market and their market strategy isn't desirable to clients. They just cut commission rates for all of their salespeople and everyone received a pay decrease. They promise a lot up front and take more away from you each year. Would avoid at all cost.

Base salary is low for ICs but those are the ones has that have the highest financial upside because the business can be annuitized. Sales leaders have a decent bonus opportunity but spend most of their time managing process and metrics.
