Former Employee It was a chaotic environment. Director that hired me; gone before I started. My manager was on the way out and it was obvious. Executives leaving right and left. It was a big carousel. ZERO training or process for new hires. That was unfortunate because the product was solid and there was a better than average marketing department making some things happen.
I was fortunate that the person whose team I was one was great and had been with the brand I was on for a long time. Knew the product through and through. But when the director and manager left, they put me into another brand, and it was intolerable. The tried to bring in a pushy director and another manager that simply couldn't lead. Neither are there now because I think KKR cleaned house. Hopefully they've gotten some things straightened out because it was a wreck.
