Former Employee Not a strong or structured sales environment. No room for growth, and the leadership continued to change over multiple times in a short span. No one had a clear or direct line of sight into the needs of the business, and it became a very toxic environment to sell in. Each month they leaned heavily on the few people selling to do and sell more, while ignoring those who needed to step up their game. They did not provide resources for those who needed help and often eager to fire them but again put large pressures on those who could sell.
Poor leadership and poor management of the teams and structure with no room to advance you position. Browse Other Reviews
