Former Employee Great sales leaders and strong individual performers are a highlight of the company, but unfortunately, it’s not a sales-driven organization. Despite the efforts of top performers, growth is consistently limited by a lack of support from the executive team. The result is a disconnect between what sales contributes and how it's valued—top talent often doesn't get the recognition or reward it deserves.
