This company is a revolving door and everyone is just a number. AI can easily replace this company / role. If AI doesn't kill the industry first then the government will create policies that will effectively kill it.

I would say it has not been great. They listed the position as a consultant. But it is a sales role. You are constantly screening and onboarding individuals for various investment projects and need to sell the individual on the project you are working on.

biggest hurdle was low incentive ceiling and monthly targets. they made the switch from quarterly to monthly recently and it has caused a lot of uneccessary stress and inefficiencies.
