Performance is largely based on luck as a territory could be incredible, mediocre, or terrible and higher ups will never recognize the difference or adjust even if given hard proof. Seems to be trying to outsource sales roles to Mexico as their latest (failing) macro move.

Former Employee2.9Aug 26, 2024Comp plan gets decimated every year. They do NOT like paying for outperformance. They reduced accelerators to be 'more fair' to the underperformers! Average management within the sales team. Good products and product team. Finance will try to limit commissions.
