Current Employee I have really loved working at TR for the past 10 years. The work life balance has been incredible and up until this year, the earning potential has been very motivating. I've had several life changing earnings years. There have been some organizational changes recently as well as comp structure changes that don't allow for as much earning potential, which is disappointing. However, there is so many great people and great leaders. I have hope that the earning potential piece will be positively impacted as we move into 2025.
