Great technology and great fit as part of Cisco for last 5 years, next few will not be as good as last few but good company to work for and great market fit. Quotas getting high but manageable.

Just an awful fit in the Mid/Small space, no corporate alignment (no dedicated manager, dedicated engineers, or SDRs). No one was hitting quota in the space, no real job security. The product has no buy-in from Cisco peers at this level, you will struggle to get mindshare with anyone as deals are small and hard to come by.
